About this project
JobConnect is a B2B2C company in Switzerland. The idea is simple: a business needs extra hands at a given moment, and someone can step in for a temporary stint. Companies get flexibility; workers get short-term gigs. They needed a visual identity that would work for the platform, for companies signing up, and for people looking for work — so it had to feel serious to employers and straightforward to workers. We designed a logo that works at small sizes and in headers, chose colours and type that feel clear and neutral, and wrote guidelines so the brand stays consistent. One brand, two sides of the market.

The identity had to speak to both businesses and individuals without feeling corporate on one side or casual on the other.
